▸ By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.▸ Revisions are free in the sketch process. Once i have the final artwork done, you can make little changes but if the commission has to be redone completely it would have additional charges.▸ Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use by the commissioner. This means, you cannot use my artwork on merchandise for resale or sell the artwork itself so if you would like to use the artwork for commercial use you must let me know before commission me since it will cost more than the normal prices.▸ If you want the order to be finished earlier please let me know, you may be charged an extra for give priority to your commission.▸ Feel free to ask me how your commission is going.▸ Please write in a clear and nice manner as well as providing neat references and not just paragraphs of text.

-PAYMENT-

▸ The payment will be through PayPal or Payoneer.▸ All prices are in DOLLAR ($) so the payment will be accepted only in $.▸ An invoice is sent to your paypal once everything is agreed upon.▸ You can't get a refund once the commission has been paid and the sketches approved. Keep this in mind please.▸ An advance payment of 50% of the commission is required, the rest of the payment is made after the sketch.

-COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY-

▸ If you ask for a non-commercial commission, you cannot use my artwork on merchandise, resale or sell the artwork itself so if you would like to use the artwork for commercial use you must let me know before commissioning me. Commercial commissions cost more than normal ones, keep that in mind.▸ As the artist, i (Kirly) have the rights to the illustration so i'm free to upload it on my social media (crediting you as the customer) and use it to promote my work.▸ As the customer, you can upload the artwork on your social media (crediting me as the artist) and use it as decoration (banners, profile pic, etc).
